stalls out

I have a 92 yj and when you push the clutch in at around 1800 and up rpms to come to a stop the engine stalls out my question is would the problem be a leak in my header not giving proper back pressure, the crank shaft position sensor, or throttle position sensor any help would be awesome, thanks.
