Start it up - Sounds off beat..

So when i go to start my Jeep up, it sounds off beat, like its loping and just having a hell of a time. It can sit there and keep sounding like that, but if I turn it off, then back on the loping goes away and it sounds normal.

It still runs, and is my DD.
93, 4cyl, fuel injected.

What could this be?

Mine sounds a little ruff in cold startup temps too, almost like a diesel sometimes haha...clean your throttle body and i switched to a 5w30 part synthetic for winter. Those two things helped mine run smoother at start ups. Otherwise once its warm she runs like a champ!
