starter bolts

Bolts on 95 yj, is there anything different about the threads such as reverse threads. Can't get either bolt to budge, and i don't want to shear them off.

You could smack the heads with a hammer to try and loosen the hold they have on the starter and the block. Or a big breaker bar.
