Starting problem

I replaced the tub on a 91 wrangler I have installed the dash and all the wiring I think. The lhead lights work and the clock buts thats it.It wont crank no fuel pump and none of the guages move at all.Could anyone give me an idea of where to start. P.s. the fuses by the battery all have power.

did you attach the ground strap to the engine? should be by the firewall. on top of that ide add a few of my own. one from battery to body and then from body to frame and then to engine.
