Steering Issue

I own an '87 Jeep Wrangler YJ and recently installed a 4WD Hardware lift kit that gave me a 3.5 inch lift and also custom made thicker stronger shackles. also i have General Grabber AT2 that are 15'' 31x10.5

My issue is that when i am driving the jeep it tends to pull to the left and to the right, going back and forth between the two. I had removed the track bar and it did not help my issue at all.

I am at a loss as to why my jeep is tracking like this, it makes the jeep unenjoyable to drive... any help would be appreciated!

did you have your tires aligned after you lifted and put on new tires?

I agree with wassoma have the alignment checked. Too much toe out will cause that wandering feeling.

No I have not. The alignment was done a few months prior to the lift.
I checked using the garage method, a tape measure checking the distance on the front tires. Front of tire and back of tire, it seems to be toed in about 1/4 inch.
