Steering Shaft is no good...better to?

My Steering shaft joint is shot and clanging around. I was thinking to update it with a more HD one. But am not sure if wasting close to 300 is worth it.

I really just use the jeep for a DD and maybe a little light duty plowing in the winter.

Any Suggestions? 109 for an oem compared to a 300 HD one is keeping my pocket full.

Quadratek, steering shaft assembly, $93 a couple of years ago for my rebuild...can't see spending $300 for something that is pretty much 2 pieces of steel and not going to be really banged around! Only replaced the original because it had rusted into one piece.
