Steering stablizer stuck

Trying to changing the stock steering stablizer and the bolt is stuck, any ideas how to get it out??

I ran into the same problem a few months ago when I changed mine. It is a tapered bolt so that adds to the stickiness factor. As the guy above said, use heat. That is what eventually worked for me.

we used a lot of heat to expand the metal around the bolt, then hammered it a couple times to shock it, then she finally came free.

Spray a litle PB Blaster on it and see if that will help loosen it up for ya.
