Stereo Problem

Hey all, Im new to the site. Just bought a 91 Wrangler YJ with a 4.0l I6. I love the car but am having some issues. One issue which is bugging me is the stereo, it does not work. YOu cant have a wrangler with out some sweet tunes. I am pretty well versed in the Car stereos but this one has me scratching my head. I have an Aftermarket Cd player installed in it but does not come on at all. I went to check the fuse block inside the cab and found there was a connector in it but no wire attached. Any one know what color wire goes in there so I dont have pull everything out? PLease help!!

Dan

Welcome aboard! Let's see some pics of the YJ!!!

The first thing I did was replace my entire system. Fortunately for me the PO had installed an after market radio and two dash speakers, but it was all very low quality stuff, so... the install was super easy since I did not have to do any wiring. You're gonna want a sound bar too. Get the Rugged Ridge 6 speaker w/ dome light sound bar. I installed that but had Best Buy do the wiring.

I'm sure someone with some wiring knowledge will chime in and help you out..

Anybody can really help me. I just need you guys to look at the fuse box inside the cab next time you drive. Its located by the clutch pedal. Just tell me what color wire is going in to the "Radio" Input. Thanks

Radio input? Not sure it has an input...do you have any pics of your fuse box? I know there is a 15A radio fuse.

Yanno now that I think of it a bit more I think there might be a square plug for the radio on the fuse box....I have a harness at home, I'll check it
