stock steering dampener

My '93 YJ has both an aftermarket stabilizer and the factory stock dampener on the steering. With only 31x10.5 tires, this might be overkill. Anyway, I was trying to remove the stock dampener and she's just plain locked in. I removed the cotter pin and nut, but the bolt seems seized up in the rod. I am guessing adding some heat will help, along with plenty of PB Blaster.... any thoughts?
Any help? Any ideas?
Thanks!

Thanks for the ideas. I ended up using a gear puller- after torquing it just to where I thought it wasn't going to go.... POP!
Install of new one is quite easy tho!
