Stock tj wheel ?'s

Just got stock TJ wheels for my YJ and I'm going to put 10x31 50's on them. I have heard that the tires will hit the springs if I don't space the wheels out. How big of wheel spacer should I need?

31x10.5's will fit just fine, but it's the rubbing when turning on the roads. I had to put 1" spacers on mine to keep them from rubbing in the front.

I don't know but I've been told you can put a couple of washers behind your bump stops and that will stop the rubbing.

Thanks! I will look into that. Way cheaper than wheel spacers!
