striker bracket replacement

The striker pin on one of my doors is broken so it no longer latches. On the other door the striker pin/plate assembly flexes so it won't latch properly. So I guess I am looking at replacing the pin/plate assembly on both doors. I have been looking at two different styles and trying to decide which will work better. The Crown one that looks like what there and an omix one that looks like this

Thanks for any advice!

I used the crown ones from Morris4x4, and I thought that they sucked. Mounting holes were off and the striker needed shimmed out with a few washers to get it to line up.

They are the rounded ones that look more like the factory stock plates is the reason that I chose them.
