Suspension Decision Need Opinions

the suspension on my 93 yj is wore out and the springs are flat so i figured if im going to replace the suspension i may as well lift it but im torn between 2 options that i have found and i would like to know which if the 2 would be the better choice
so my first option is the Black Diamond 3.5" lift for 671+ shipping from Quadratec.
my second option is a 4" Rough Country lift kit for 480+ shipping off of ebay.
Now im just an amature and a newb and this is my first jeep and ive been doing a lot of looking around and there are so many choices for suspensions to choose from but ive narrowed it down to these 2
im pretty set on going no larger than 4" and no less than 3" and im not particularly fond of the body lift.
so if i could get some opinions on the 2 or some recomendation for others that fall close to the same price range let me know what u think

Factory springs are supposed to be flat, yours might not be worn out

The kits are depending on what you want and what your plans are. I can do better than both those prices if you need help on it.

The rough country kit is a good kit for those on a budget and want a complete kit, bolt on and go.

Black Diamond is a division of Superlift. They make great kits and the military wrap springs are an advantage.

Both kits have a bit of a reputation for riding slightly harsh, but pretty much any arched leaf spring is going to have the same effect. I've found the ride personally to be pretty much the same as stock after the springs are broke in.
