Suspension lift

I would like to know if there is a way I can tell if i have a suspension lift, I had a 3 inch body lift that I removed. I donít want to lower it anymore I just need to buy new shocks mine are shot. It has such a hard ride I canít stand to drive it over a speed bump. Also does anyone have a suggestion on how I can get a smoother ride. my tires are 31X10 R15 I will try to add pic's once i figure out how.
thanks

Well see the name on the shock.
They mean that...

Also what psi are in your tires. That can make a ride smooth or rough.

Do you know what your shackle bolts are torqued too?

I hear 45 lbs/ft is ideal.
But have never set mine. Mine are whatever the factory did.

It looks like you might have a small lift. Stock YJ springs are pretty flat

Looks like about a 2.5" lift
