You mean the trac bars? There's one up front and in the rear that you should definitely remove. As for the sway bar, (since there's only one in the front) that's personal preference. You can get quick disconnects so you can articulate more offroad and connect back for the drive home. I'd take the trac bars off first and see how it rides. Then worry about the sway bar. I ended up removing my trac bars and sway bar, (when mine was running) but it's not my DD just a weekend rig and I'm comfortable with the body roll through the turns because I'm never going too fast anyways.
Side note: your leafs are going to play a role in this as well, depending on how stiff they are you may have a little more or less body roll. Just try it out. Worst case, you don't like it and bolt them back on but I doubt that'll happen.
