switch identification

Just picked up a slavage YJ (or part of one) to do a frame replacement and probably a tub replacement if I can fix the tub. There is a switch that I am trying to identify. It is in the bottom of the dash just to the right of the steering column.

On my 94 Wrangler "S" the hard top wiper/washer and heater fill the two left positions. There is nothing in the right position. On the 95 from the salvage there is nothing in the 2 left positions even though it had a hard top on it when wrecked.

There is, however, a rocker switch in the left position. It has a neutral position also, so it is top, center, bottom. There is no labeling on the mounting panel for the switch.

Does anyone have such a switch and can tell me what it is for?

If thats connected to the right side pannel [opposite lights] then it has the possibility of Fog Lights, Rear Defrost, and im not 100% sure but I think thats where some of the stock snow plow switchs went.
