I installed my flush tail lights last weekend. Went to a local semi dealership and bought the 4" stop/turn/tail lights. For back-ups I bought some interior dome lights (about 1½" x 3") with 6 bright LED's. For side markers, I bought little ¾" single LED lights that just press in. I think all the lights are made by Truklite. Be sure that you buy the EL-12 flashers for the fuse box or your turn signals might not work with the LED's. The license plate light is from AutoZone. It looks blue in the photos but is bright white. Total for all lights, pigtail, flashers and misc. $125.00 Sorry about the bad photos.
Those are surface mounts and they have all the features you need, but I wouldn't consider them custom.
They do bolt right up and plug in to the factory harness though, so install should be really easy. It took me most of a day to do my lights but I,m no mechanic.
Rubix, too bad that is per light, not both together.
