TC drop bolts?

Anyone know a good way to fix this? Is the frame supposed to have threads in it or is there a nut inside somehow? I am able to push the bolt all the way up but it dosent hit anything...

There are nutserts inserted in the frame. Basically a nut welded in the frame.

Ok. how does one go about getting another nut in there? no holes in frame? I would just weld it but i am positive my AX-5 is coming out someday.

Not at all a nut welded in the frame. Rivet nuts(nutsert) are a 1 piece deal that eork like a toggle bolt kind of to pinch the frame.

Grind the heads off and knock them up into the frame and install new rivet nuts or weld some studs in the holes. Or weld bolts/studs to a piece of flat stock and weld that to the frame.
