Post timing adjustment on 93 2.5 L

I replaced the ignition module on my yj and now when I hit the gas in any of the gears it seems to hesitate. From what I understand is that it is a timing issue. So, my problem is, how do I adjust my timing? With the distributor? If so when I use the timing light where do I set the marks to while rotating the distributor? I cannot find this info any where at all. Please help. It is becoming very frustrating. Also a complete tune up has just been completed. Where do I go from here.

I have read that, You Can't set the timing on a 2.5, the ECM does that for you.

Nubby is correct. The timing isn't adjustable on the 2.5L MPI engine. The ECM does the adjustment on its own. Actually it is adjustable just like any other engine, but you need an engine analyzer machine to hook it up and get it set correctly. Just one of those "better ideas" that they had to make things harder to work on if you wanted to do them yourself.
