Tips and Tricks for lift kits

I'm about to put a 2.5 in lift on my jeep and was wondering if there was any insider know how that could help me out. That way I don't have to pay my entire paycheck to the swear jar again!

Any help is appreciated!

Depending on the brand of kit, you can find great write ups on various jeep forums and JP magazine online site.

Just google your lift brand + jeep model + install.

If your kit is complete, most people have the most difficulty w/ the old, stuck fasteners. Helps alot to hose everything down repeatedly over a week w/ PB Blaster penetrating oil.

cool. was the old stuff stock?
A lot of teenagers are people who express a burning desire to be different be dressing exactly alike.
Panties aren't my favorite, but they're right next to it...
No one is normal, there are just a lot of weird people with things in common.

As far as I know, yes. I bought my YJ off of some family on the east coast who got it off some people who didn't really know what they were doing. So there is a good chance the old stuff was probably around 20 years old.
