Tips for installing windshield frame?

I'm hoping to swap out my windshield frame while I'm home on spring break next week now that I have gotten my new windshield frame. Because I'm the only one of my friends that has a Jeep and I don't know many other yj owners, I would greatly appreciate any tips and/or tricks you guys have about doing this. Also how long should I expect it to take?

Thanks!

Which frame did you get? I just got mine this week from Morris - manufactured by Crown Automotive. Been having a hell of a time installing it. Holes dont really match up with the existing brackets. Called Morris today and they are trying to get me more information from the manufacturer.

I think mine came from Quadratec but I don't remember. I bought from a different guy that bought it originally.

I got one from quadratec, the whole kit. frame, glass, glue, seals. first trick, loosen the bolts on the roll bar at the hoop. don't forget to put the vin # plate back in. I used saw horses to lay the frame on to install glass. get help, easier with extra hands.
