Torque for body mount bolts

Anybody know torque for all 11 body mount bolts? Only reference we have is install instructions for side steps that say 45 for bracket to body bolts and 65 for tube step to bracket bolts. Is it 45 all around (which seems to dramatically squish the rear bushings)?
