Question torquing intake manifold bolts

I recently changed out the intake manifold gasket on my 1991 2.5L. I torqued the bolts to 23Ft/Lbs per my Haynes manual. There is a tiny stream of antifreeze leaking out from the bottom of the manifold. It stops once the engine is heated up, and the metal expands. My question is, Would it be ok to tighten up the bolts a few extra Ft/Lbs?

Square lights rock!

Did you reuse the original fasteners or new? Also did you follow the pattern for torquing down the bolts
