Question Trackbar hardware and sound

My commute just got considerably longer on highway so i'm looking at reconnecting my track-bars back on this weekend so I can go without the free uncontrolled vibrate feature that likes to kick in between 65 and 75. My jeeps PO sold the jeep to me with them unattached and I don't seem to have the hardware.
So my question is Does anyone know what size / grade bolt Ill need for the track bar and if the slightly worn bushings should be replaced?

Also once in a while when I hit a bump or take a turn at more than a crawl Ill hear a bang or cracking sound I've been assuming this is just the disconnected track bar moving because it happens right at that spot under my drivers side floor pan but if anyone can think of anything else it might be for me to check out while I'm under there this weekend it would be appreciated.
