Easy to change. Just drain the TC and remove the external housing. You'll want to change the seal and the inner sleeve. I used a socket I think 30mm to drive out the bushing and a piece of PVC pipe with a cap on it to drive in the seal.

Just rebuilt the TC so I'm all too familiar with it!

Quadratec Parts List Items 30 and 32 are what you need.
Jeep® Model NP231 Transfer Case: Jeep® Transfer Case Chain, Jeep® SYE Kit, Jeep® Drive Shaft Angle Reduction Kit, Jeep® Transfer Case Rebuild Kit - Quadratec

If you like spending money on tools like I do pickup one of these...money well spent!

Thanks so much for the reply ,I will be doing this soon ,not leaking bad,but I just dont want to worry about checking the fluid level often, and as most driveline leaks go,they never get better. Most of my chassis tools are from Harbor Freight, and I have to say the quality is as good if not better than most of the sh@# I have rented from Autozone before I bought my own .
