Transfer case/transmission.

When swapping in a 350/383 what should a guy be looking for as far as a transmission and transfer case go? I'd like to stick with a manual tranny. I really don't know much about transfer cases other then Atlas is really expensive. Thanks for any input.

^^ x2

I'm running the sm465 behind my 350. I also kept my np231 but I gutted it out and used np231c hd internals. The 231C has a wider chain and gears and the planetary set has more gears in it.
Good luck with the swap.
