Transmission worries..

Okay first off let me start by saying I know everyone is going to look at this and say "oh look another guy looking for BA10 to AX15 info". Well yes I am looking for some information, only because I have spent hours upon hours looking for information and have come up short every time. Anyways, I have a 87 Wrangler with the BA10 trans in it and it has finally kicked the can. I recently purchased an AX15 out of a 92 Cherokee. I just got the transmission and transfer case, didn't get anything else. I know I have to clock the transfer case, but I honestly don't know how, and haven't been able to find any thread or anything to make me feel comfortable doing this. Also wondering about clutch set up, since I'm putting in a new trans I might as well do the clutch and everything as well. Pretty much looking for ANY help to make this go easier. I just want to know a little before I get to deep and too far over my head and end up getting overwhelmed. Tools and shop space aren't an issue, just have never tackled something like this before with from what I'm starting to think is going to be a lot of fabrication haha. Thanks in advance for any help!

You need a clutch that will fit the 92 trans. The pilot shaft bushing is the problem, I'm not sure when they went to a large tip on the shaft, mine is out of a 97 TJ and its 3/4"

The clocking requires a clocking ring to move the t-case up to clear the skid plate. Its actually easier to get a YJ or TJ t-case. Does your 87 have a 231 or a 207 t-case?

The skid needs re-drilled to accept the trans. mount.
