trouble with my carb (I think)

I have an 89' Wrangler 2.5L Replaced the intake/exhaust manifold today. After putting it all back together, she will not hit a lick. Plugs are firing (it has new plugs, wires and distributor cap), I have gas pumping to and coming out the return line, but it won't start. It acts as if it's not getting any gas. Poured gas into the carb and it still wouldn't start. Went back over it to check all the wires to ensure proper connection. Now I'm just lost. Any ideas of what it could be? Never had any trouble from it before this, always started and has never failed me. I'm fresh out ideas, please help!!!

You actually saw spark? Or are just relying on that you just put a cap and rotor on? If you have fuel and compression then all you are is missing is Spark. Check your firing order again and your coil wire. Keep us updated and we will go to the next step.
