Trowout berring?

So iv owned jeep for forever from an 86 Cherokee to a 2004 Columbia edition grand Cherokee. I love them but my 95 is not shifting right. The best I can explain it is that when I'm on my clutch it seems to go out and the jeep will want to go but it acts like the clutch is still engaged and stops itself. Iv pretty much narrowed it down to the throwout bearing but I want y'all's opinion is to what it might be
It's a 2.4 with a 5-speed

Just to clarify, are you pushing in the clutch while in gear, and after a moment or so the Jeep tries to move while the clutch is still disengaged?(pedal to the floor)

Do you hear any grinding or whirring noise while the clutch is disengaged?

Do you hear any noise when the clutch is engaged?

From your first description it sounds more like a master/slave cylinder problem. If its an internal slave, then the throwout bearing is incorporated.

Gotta stand by all you cool guys... Maybe it'll rub off?!

If when your clutch is engaged (fully depressed) and the vehicle "creeps" you have a bad/worn clutch.

...or low fluid

bad throw out bearings will chatter like a squirrel when the pedal is pushed all the way down.
