Trying to find my timing connector

I have a 87' YJ 4.2L 5SPD, I was told that I have knocking due to over advanced timing, can someone tell me where this timing connectors is? I know for the most part disconnecting the vacuum line at the dist. should be enough, but I looked at my underhood label, and it said to disconnect the connector and it is a yellow and black wire. My buddy told me it should be near the firewall but I can't find it. Can anyone show me?? Thanks
