Turn Signal Question

When I put on lights my left turn dash light comes on solid. I thought I had a burned out bulb. Checked it...it's good. If I press the turn signal lever the light flashes both on dash and fender. When turn off turn yje lever the signal dash light stays on and fender light only glows slightly? Can just barely see it light up. Anyone else seen similar?

Works great in turn signal mode but not in running light mode? Uses same wiring to the light so it has to be something on the park/driving light side. Almost like a bad ground.

Mine did that. I replaced the turnsignal/ multifunction switch jeep called it and all is good. The headlight switches are also prone to failure. Have someone who is good with electrical things test both.

Did you get that from dealer? How much? Inside column? Headlight switch was swapped already. Original labels were worn off. Found better one at junkyard...grabbed dimmer at same time.

I'm a dealer but I think my cost for multifunction switch was abound 80 bucks. I can't remember how much the headlight switch was but it was less than the headlight switch. It is inside the column.

I did get it from jeep. They had to order it. Mine had delay so it may have been a little more because of that. It looks a lot like a late 80s early 90's gm rwd vehicle switch. I'll bet one of those would swap. I just didn't have time or patience to do the research.

Had the exact same issue. My problem was the turn signal bulb on my grill. Replaced the bulb and it fixed the problem. It too had the look of a bad ground but luckily was just the light up front affecting the fender bulb..
