up gradeing suspention on yj

wont to upgrade suspention,by 4" inch do i need to change my leaf springs from standard leaf springs ?. and could enyone recomend good shocks and the likes thanks. ian

You can pick up a leaf spring lift, with shocke off E-bay for under $500. add tires and your up to $1300. ish

Soa means spring over axle which will give u a lot more flex. If ur springs are worn down you might wanna replace them before doing the soa swap

Soa will give u 5" - 5 1/2" with the stock springs. If your stock springs are really worn out and u change the springs too it will be more like 6" -6 1/2"
