Upper Doors

I am curious on how to adjust the upper soft doors on a 1993 Wrangler. In particular, it seems that the doors are aligned properly and have a bit of a slant which angles back, towards the rear of the vehicle. I've noticed that it is hitting the soft top window panel and causing some wear and damage.

Has anyone run into this before?

I live in Spirit Lake. However, I am trying to sell my house and move to Spencer. So either way, I am in NW Iowa.
