It looks like an older Viper engine, probably the 96-02 model, which made 450hp. 6.5psi making 700hp is DAMN impressive!! That's over 40hp per psi, which is VERY good.
Also figure 6.5 psi on TWINS is very conservative. I'd bet it's got the potential for 1000hp, easily. Knowing guys who have had 4 digit vipers, it's really not that hard to do.

my point exactly....why only run it on the small side with twins if its capable of so much more. If thats what the ultimate goal was, that could be done easy with one turbo, less money, and less work.

now you know 6.5psi isn't even taxing that setup. yeah, you could have done a big single, but i'd bet that thing is hairy as a gorilla right off idle.

i'd be more impressed if it was on a 4 wheel drive dyno......it looks and sounds cool, but it needs mud tires and a front axle which it doesn't look like it has anymore

And because I didn't think of it until now, 714hp at the wheels is damn near 900 at the crank.

o ya it can do it, but i wouldnt want to, all the highways around here are curvy / hilly and all 4 of my shocks have slipped of the bushings so i wouldnt want to have to brake quickly for an unexpected curve in the highway or something like that lol, maybe when i get my new 9550's here soon ill try for 80 :P, besides that i like getting 18mpg with a 4" lift and 33"s lol, 4.10 gearing

Buy a sports car... or build a Jeep. Just pick one. I just don't ever see the point of it. You certainly wouldn't go backwards and put a 4.0L in a viper would ya?
