Vacuum lines on 4WD actuator broken and missing

Hey everybody ! I'm new to the Jeep world and could use some help. I bought a '93 Wrangler Sahara Edition and the 4WD front axle will not engage. The tranfer case seems to working fine but the vacuum actuator is not. A couple of lines are broken off. All 4 lines are black and are hard to follow. Has anyone got a diagram of how and where the lines go? I checked the actuator and it will work. I just don't how to check everything else. Thanks for your help !!

Posi-Lok seems like a pretty easy fix.

I traced all the vacuum lines and got everything working with the actuator/shift fork hanging down. It worked everytime shifting in & out of 4WD. Bolted acuator/shift fork back up but then it wouldn't work. I did this a couple of times just being carefull not to make a mistake. There seems to be enough vacuum. I didn't see a vacuum storage cannister anywhere on the Jeep. Could this be the problem? Posi-Loc system is looking very good at this point. I'm tired of messing with it. I just want to go play in the dirt!!!
