Very high idle help please.

Ok so I drive a 1995 jeep YJ rio grande 2.5 L an right now she is idling about 2500 rpms and I took off the air cleaner an the throttle body was like black and wet maybe running rich? I just replaced the throttle position sensor and put the 4.0 throttle body on it today and I'm seeing the same problem? Any ideas? Thanks.

was it doing it before the swap?
did you swap the IAC valve from the 2.5 throttle body on the 4.0?

Yes it was and is the ais the sensor on the left of the throttle body? But I swapped it out an replaced throttle position sensors I kinda thought it. Could be a clogged cat but then it prolly wouldn't rev up?
