Vibration at 55 and over

I just replaced my vacuum acuater to a manual pull acuater on the front axle. i just got on the freeway and at 55 mph there is a vibration that i never had before. About 60 it goes away and about 70 a slight vibration comes back. Any thoughts

Thanks,

Check to see if the front axles are locked in, that would make it vibrate..

I pushed the button all the in. turned the wheel all the way to the right and left, and turned sharp and no binding. How else would i make sure it is locked in?

Put the Jeep on jack stands, and see if the front wheels turn when in gear

I engaged the front end, drove it on freeway, and again the same vibration. Disengaged, and again drove the freeway, still vibrating. Is it possible that i put the fork in wrong?

Just a thought, but you may have a bad u-joint in the outer knuckle. I had one on my XJ and it cause me some trouble, but it would squeak at low speeds too.
You can check them by using a screw driver and see if you can move them around on the caps. That may not be it, but it is easy enough to check
