vibration in 5th only

I have a vibration only when in 5th gear...in 4th at 50mph no vibration, 5th at 50 mph, vibration... I have a sye and custom cv driveline and the pinion angle is right on... hoping its not a tranny problem...
Ideas, similar issue, fixes...
thanks

Do you have large tires and stock gears?

I have the same problem in my 95 YJ. It was there before my lift. Mine is kinda like a rhythmic vibration. My mechanic drove it and said it could be as easy as a tranny fluid change or as hard as a bearing/gear replacement. As soon as I can, I am going to change out the tranny fluid and add a bottle of pennzoil synchromesh to see if that works. I am not bothered by it as much since I drive in town and rarely over 45mph. However, it's annoying as H#$% when it's in 5th.
