Want a little bass

I'm looking to put a sub of some sort behind the rear seat just to add a little bass to the sound. Right now I've just got the two dash speakers and two 6X9's in enclosures mounted on the inner fender well in the back. Sounds ok sitting still but not so much otherwise. Any suggestions? Oh yeah, I don't want to break the bank either.

I have a custom box with 2, 12" behind the seat.
When I remove the rear seat, I flip it down. when I put the seat back in, I flip it around and it perfectly fits.

Rockford fosgate makes a shallow box that comes with a 12 in sub for like $155 on best buys website. Just search Rockford fosgate shallow box sub.
