Washer fluid leak... need help

When I go to spray the windshield with washer fluid and hold down the sprayer, nothing comes out up top and there is a small leak down underneath the dash onto the carpet. I'm pretty sure its a leak in the hose, but I just bought the jeep and don't know how to get in to it to fix the problem. Does anybody have experience with this that could tell me how to start? Thanks!

check on the right side of engine you will find a large hos eup next to the firewall, at the bottom of the hose it flattens out, squeez it open and it is probably full of crud, this is your drain for your cowl vent. As for your washers, take your cowl cover off and should gain access to washer hose's, one or more might have fallen of or bad
