water leak

When It Rains I Get Water In The Heater Ducts. How Can I Stop This?

look under the hood, just to the left of the engine there is a black tube comming out of the fire wall. Its about a foot long and has a check valve thing at one end. Pull it off and clean it out. Also pull the cowl or hood vent off and clean that out.
