Water Leaking

Bought this yj about a month ago. Had some heavy rain here last couple of days.
Found a half inch of water on the floor on the passenger side a little less on the driver side after heavy rain. Anybody have a run down on how to find the leak.Is it usually the windshield?? The rubber gasket on the windshield on the outside seems awful brittle. Any help would be great
Thanks
88 yj

I think a TJ is made to catch water, get used to it. Trash the carpet and brush a bed-liner in the tub.

Its a hardtop
But At highway speed I do hear some wind noise that I believe is coming from the top.
Is there a gasket around the top that leaks?
Havent had the top off yet. Probably not till spring unless thats where the leak is from.
