weber carb

Does anyone know about ajusting a weber 2 barrel carb. my yj has one and its running to rich blackens the plugs. Im thinking i might have to jet it down but im not 100% sure so i figured it wont hurt to ask here.

They are below the solenoids one on each side - bigger than the idle screw which is on the backside towards firewall. The two on mine are visible from driver side and pass side not front and firewall.. if that makes sense. My weber is the bigger of the two kinds 36/34 or something.
