Weber carbs

My jeep is starting to run rough but not consistant, it's progressive though so it seems to be slowly getting worse. The exhaust smells rich but not excessive, idle is good but at times when diving a steady 25 mph it stumbles periodically and it's hard starting.... I seem to be able to flood it easier and easier.... Little bit of fuel leakage on the carb but not sure where it's coming from, not even sure what weber carb it is or how to find out

Mine runs smooth at high idle during warm up my only real issue is it will die if I quickly get on the gas and back off to climb a hill or something that requires that or during cruising speeds it stumbles a lot and sometimes when I leave a stop sign an hit the gas it will cut out
