Question What this part??

I have a massive trans leak. I *looks* like it's coming from the trans cooler line where it hooks into the radiator which makes complete sense considering I just replaced the radiator, I'm sure it's possible I didn't make them tight enough...

But I don't recall noticing this before...my haines manual does not identify it...any ideas??

95 YJ Automatic w/ 2.5 engine. These mystery parts are locate on the frame on both sides of the front behind the wheels and braking system....

It's a bump stop. Keeps the axle from flexing too far and breaking suspension parts.
