Wheels and Tires question.

I'm getting ready to purchase wheels and tires all around including the spare. I do not want to regret shortly after the purchase. I am looking at getting 15r x 10" wheels and looking at 31" x 10.5" tires. Would the 15r x 10" wheels be needed or would 8" wheels do it. This is for a Daily driver.

I would like to hear any opinions including Brand and size.

Thanks

10" wide rims are too wide for the 10.5" tire. Get 15x8s.

Yep, 15x8's, Besides 10" rims being too wide for 10.5 tires, you may have the tire rubbing the springs if much of that 10" is in backspace.

Do you have them on 10" rims? Also the point is backspace, too much backspace will rub. I have 15x11.5's on 8" rims which rubbed bad till I adjusted the stops, if they were on 10" rims with even one more inch backspace it would be hard to adjust that far.

31s with a 15x8 rim with 3.75" backdpacing is the perfect setup. No rub and its the right backspacing if you ever want to move up to 33s. An 8" rim will hold up to a 12.5" wide tire.

I should reiterate, I have 15" rims with 31s. I believe my tires are 10.5 wide
