Where did my power go?

Start by sayin Monday the neighborhood cat decided to get under the hood and i didnt notice it.

any way it tore up the belts which i replaced and then spent about an hour at the car wash cleanin everything up.

Now i have NO power its sluggish to take off and struggles to get to 60 on the highway, what could have happened? I dont want to take it to a mechanic and i really dont want to start pullin it apart not knowin what Im lookin for.

Any help would be nice

Its a 90 YJ with the I4

..... You can normally hit sixty easy? When you find out what this is, I wanna know, maybe mine can be saved:P I don't really know. People usually have good ideas around here though. Something unplugged in the engine. Look even just for open vacuum hose connections and stuff. There are a couple on my 94 I4, though I believe the engines might be slightly different, that don't do anything near as I can tell, but all the ones that actually move air with the engine running have hoses, or atleast a L-shaped Cap/tube thing that near as I can tell just Controls the flow though that release.
