Where to put a lock box??

Hey guys I just bought a small security lock box (it's even fire proof!) to keep to in my jeep like papers, radio face, etc when I'm in bad neighboorhoods.

I'm planning on bolting it to the frame but was wondering if you had any ideas on where to put it. I'd like it conveient for me but not so noticable every idiot is gonna try n steal it. Help me out please.

Thanks
Wissam

Which is the smart spot, but I was hoping for somewhere near the drivers seat so I can just throw the radio face in when I get outa the car right away. Hmm I wish they just put one in a center console

My older CJ has a "lockable" storage compartment below the seat. That was a cool option.

I wonder if anyone makes replacement security glove boxes?

Tuffy makes a real nice center console that locks. Mine even has a compartment for my cd/stereo. The OEM stock radio hangs in the dash and the good stuff is under lock and key along with the registration, wheel lock, CD's, gloves, Fastrak transponder, etc.
