Headlights are typically on a self resetting relay of sorts. No fuse. It was fused and the fuse blew and u did not have a spare, u are stranded with no lights. So they put it on a relay that cuts out if there is a short, fix the short, fix ur lights. Or replace the relay if this has gone out.
