Question which lift is better

i just got my jeep this past fall, and i was wondering what kind of lift kit i should get for it. I'm into mudding and trail riding likek any other jeeper, but i don't know if i should get a suspension lift or a bady lift. I don't know if a suspension will cause a lot of damage to the body or anything like thatif it breaks, so i'm not really sure which one to get?

GOT MUD !!!!!!!!!!

Suspension lift is way better than a body lift.

booo body lift. suspension lift is the way to go. body lifts do not offer more articulation or performance, they simply space the body off the frame to fit bigger tires.

It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president."

Don't waste your money on a body lift! The lift won't cause the damage... your driving is what will!

Go SOA lift. Its the best thing I ever did. Body lifts make you see too much frame.
