White smoke coming out of the tailpipe???

I have a little bit of white smoke coming out of the tailpipe while my jeep is running (not smoggish, but it's there). When it first starts up a little bit of water sputters out too. The smoke doesn't smell like anything other than exhaust.....any ideas?

yes, condensation.
Most vehicles do it some extent depending on the outside temp and the humidity.

yep, nothing to worry about, water is a by product of combustion in all engines. if its not blue, or smell like coolant burning you got no probs.

I took it for a spin and came back, the smoke was gone, but it does get a little concerning when I have been putting so much work into restoring this thing and have little money to spare.

Thanks for the help guy's,

yea sounds like condensation. if ur really worried about it tho keep an eye on ur oil to see if any water is in it. u probably have nothin to worry about tho if theres no smell. ull know if u have a blown head gasket or cracked head by the smell of coolent.
